PBad_LasR-LVA
lasR protein with LVA-tag under transcriptional control of the PBad Promoter. For more information about the pBAD/araC promotor, see: https://parts.igem.org/wiki/index.php?title=Part:BBa_K607001
The lasR gene has been discovered in Pseudomonas Aeruginosa contributing to its pathogenicity(1) and is also a quorum sensing regulator.(2) LasR-LVA is also a transcriptional activator of the elastase expression (1) and in our system, the LasR will also have a ssRA tag.
